font-size: 13px;"&gt;Ingredienti per sei persone:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 13px;"&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1,2 kg di noce di vitello o manzo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 cucchiai d'olio d'oliva&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sale&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cipolla&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 pomodori maturi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 carote&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 grammi di prosciutto crudo serrano (va bene anche quello di parma) tagliato a fette grosse&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 grammi di olive verdi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 ml di vino bianco secco&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 l di brodo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;una pentola grande&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 contenitori per gli ingredienti&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; Al posto di un dl di brodo c'è scritto un litro! La salsina che si sarebbe dovuta creare è diventata un fiume in piena, per fortuna con l'aiuto della mia bravissima cugina abbiamo salvato la cena. Il pollo non andrà immerso del tutto, basterà girarlo spesso, quindi non servirà un litro di succo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;Prendiamo le ali di pollo, laviamole e asciughiamole, togliamo la parte finale e buttiamola. Si, in forno è buona e croccante, ma fritta non va bene.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;Tagliamo il resto dell'ala in due nella giuntura e togliamo la maggior parte della pelle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;Io, per tagliare le ali, ho provato prima con il coltello, ma ci avrei messo decisamente troppo tempo, mi sono quindi affidato alle mie fide forbici. Si può usare anche una mannaia, ma così si tagliano le ossa invece che separare i pezzi tagliando la cartilagine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;Per quanto riguarda la pelle, nel pezzo centrale ho tolto quella ai lati e lasciato quella centrale che aderisce molto alla carne ed è sottile, per l'altro pezzo dove non aderisce molto è andata via quasi tutta. Anche questo lavoro l'ho fatto con le forbici.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0px;
